A middle east tour is conducted by the American Real Estate Show - Special Edition. It will be a Middle East Tour and will be covering some of the most prominent cities throughout. It will cover three cities in one week. It wil start in Dubai, then Abu Dhabi and end in Kuwaiy City. This international Real Estate Show is currently one of the only venues that offers its participants the opportunity to meet and speak with international investors from the Middle East in these exclusive receptions. The emerging and high prices in oil revenue in the GULF countries have helped them to invest huge capital in Real estate and financial companies in the U.S. Middle Eastern investors have spent $1.8B this year on commercial property in the U.S., more than other international buyers.

We have seen a lot of screens that are either LCD, CRT or even TFT. But, I bet that you have never seen before a screen that can be folded. This was first introduced by Daewoo. It has not yet been launched in the consumer market. It was first shown to the public at the IFA 2008 and they have named it DID-FS Digital Folding Screen. IT has mainly four LCD panels in each of the wooden panels. It can actually be used to divide media contents and can be used as a multimedia oom divider. Each LCD panels can show different contents.It looks like the DID-FS is still a prototype.

A new concept known as Seek has been introduced which is actually a portable hand-held computer for travelers. It is also used as a GPS navigation device and also a media player that can play movies as well as music. Its slim shape as well as light weight enables us to carry it to any place needed. It also has any type of configuration according to our needs.

Seek offers also translation function that can translate text to text or text voice. This concept is designed by designers Jukka Roitto, Miska Vaisanen, and Jordan Siegler.

Samsung has started concentrating on wider range of products like Yepp music players. They have mainly released two types of yepp music players. They are the YP-U4 Litmus and YP-Q1Diamond.  According to the makers the YP-Q1 Diamond is claimed to offer the best sound quality in the world. Besides it can have capacities upto 4GB, 8GB or even 16GB capacities. It has additional features like 2.4-inch 320×240 display, DNSe 3.0, support for WMV, MPEG-4 video and MP3, WMA, OGG, FLAC music.

YP-U4 Litmus on the other hand has a large battery life (16hours). It has a 1-inch OLED display, support for MP3, WMA and OGG audio formats, built-in FM tuner, and also DNSe 2.0.
