Current Sense Resistors

Hi-tech Resistors has introduced the OFSC series high-power surrent sense resistors. Theseresistors, with four terminals and negligible inductance, are suitable for power backup products like inverters, UPS and SMPS. The series is available in 10 watts with Resistance values of R004, R005, R001, R00125, R0015, R0016, R002 and R003 and tolerances of 5 percent, 3percent, 2 percent, 1.5 percent and 1 percent. The resistors eliminate the need for multiple mountings of low-powered,current -sense devices by replacing them with a single device, hence enhancing productivity. These are current rated to 130 Amps. The unique 4 - lead wire design serves the purpose of eliminating the inherent resistance of the leads, making the resistors highly accurate in current - sensing operations.
